WindWord Communications Inc. delivers communications consulting and skills development to clients in business, government and the not-for-profit sector. Gail Hulnick draws on 20 years of experience in the media and 12 years in business. WindWord also works with a network of affiliates with specialized expertise in photography, graphic design, public relations, and event management.

Coaching and Training

• Media Skills - We make sure you're strong on the basics, giving you techniques and guided practice that will help you "raise your game" when it comes to media interviews. Our presentation Boost Your Media Smarts provides insights that will improve your performance, increase your confidence, and help you to be heard. We can also assist in developing a media relations plan that will allow you to draw on the power of the media to supplement your marketing budget, bring in more business and grow the top line, communicate with the public during a crisis, or establish a new, long-term communications channel.
• Presentation Skills - The ability to deliver a compelling presentation is a valuable skill in many occupations and professions. It can become a productive tool for your company, as you work to raise revenue in an increasingly competitive business environment. Working the Front of the Room is a WindWord Communications workshop that assists you in turning every presentation into an opportunity for building profile and establishing recognition for your brand or your ideas.
• Public Speaking - Making a toast at a wedding or a dinner. Introducing or thanking a guest speaker. Standing to ask a question at a meeting or a convention. Taking part in a committee or club. Rise to the occasion, with your nerves under control and a smile on your face, after the workshop or coaching series Well Said: Public Speaking and Other Fundamentals. 
• Voice and Visuals - Concentrate on two of the essential elements of a powerful presentation. Whether a speech, an interview, a podcast, or a business presentation, we can work with you to develop the right sound and make a strong impression.
